Prof. Sabur Mollah Sabur Mollah holds a Chair in Financial Management at Sheffield University Management School. Before joining the University of Sheffield, he was a Professor of Accounting and Finance at Swansea University and a Professor of Finance at the University of Hull. Sabur previously held several administrative roles, including Member of the Senate, Head of School, Director of Research, etc. His main research interests include Green Banking, FinTech and Sustainable, Environmental innovation, Climate finance and gender Diversity. He has founded the Academy of Sustainable Finance, Accounting, Accountability & Governance (ASFAAG). His papers have appeared in world-leading and internationally excellent journals, including the Journal of Accounting and Economics, the Journal of Corporate Finance, the Journal of Banking and Finance, the Journal of Financial Stability, etc. He serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Sustainable Finance and Accounting.
Prof. Samir Saadi
Samir Saadi is the Vice-Dean of Research and a Full Professor of Finance at the Paris School of Business (PSB), France. Before joining PSB, he was a Full Professor and Ian Telfer Fellow in Behavioural Finance at the University of Ottawa. He has also been a Visiting Scholar at prestigious research institutions, including the Stern School of Business at New York University and INSEAD in France. Professor Saadi’s research interests encompass corporate social responsibility, biodiversity, behavioral finance, corporate governance, and fintech. He has published over numerous papers in leading refereed journals, including those featured in the Financial Times’ top 50, such as the Journal of Business Ethics, Contemporary Accounting Research, Journal of Corporate Finance, Financial Management, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Financial Research, and Journal of Business Finance and Accounting. He is the recipient of multiple best paper awards and honors from, among others, the American Finance Association, the Europlace Institute of Finance, and the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council. Professor Saadi earned his Ph.D. in Financial Economics from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, Canada.
He serves as an Editor/Associate Editor/Member of the Editorial Board for several journals, including Finance Research Letters, Fintech & Digital Accounting Review, the Journal of Sustainable Finance & Accounting, and Corporate Governance: An International Review.
Meet-the-Editor Prof. Khaled Hussainey Khaled Hussainey was appointed as a Professor in Accounting at Bangor Business School in April 2024. He has a growing research reputation in the field of accounting and finance. His research interests focus on corporate narrative reporting. He has been featured in the list of “World Ranking of Top 2% Researchers” database created by experts at Stanford University (USA). He has published more than 200 articles published in peer-reviewed journals and has written a number of book chapters and edited several books. His articles have appeared in such journals as Accounting and Business Research, British Accounting Review, Business Strategy and the Environment, European Financial Management, International Journal of Finance and Economics, International Review of Financial Analysis, Journal of Accounting and Public Policy, Journal of Accounting Literature, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Environmental Management, Journal of International Accounting, Auditing and Taxation, Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting, and Technological Forecasting & Social Change. He is Co-Editor of Journal of Financial Reporting and Accounting and Editor of International Journal of Emerging Markets. He is Associate Editor of International Journal of Finance and Economics, Journal of Applied Accounting Research, International Journal of Accounting, Auditing and Performance Evaluation and Review of Accounting and Finance.
